My On Demand service is not working, how do I fix it?

Rebooting your digital settop may correct this issue.Follow these rebooting instructions:To reboot a digital settop (non DVR):Step 1: Shut your TV off. Step 2: Hold the power button in on your digital box until the word BOOT comes up on the display or until the display goes blank. Only takes a few moments. Step 3: When the correct time comes back up on the display, turn your TV and digital box back on. You are going to have a "Passport" screen showing; it also will take a couple of moments for it to download information. When it’s finished you will have you picture and sound back. Recheck to see if you are still experiencing the same problem. To reboot a DVR settop:Step 1: Shut your TV off.Step 2: Press and hold simultaneously the Volume +, Volume -, and the Info button’s (on the actual box) until the word BOOT comes up on the display or until the display goes blank. Step 3: When the correct time comes back up on the display, turn your TV and digital box back on. You are going to have a "Passport" screen showing; it also will take a couple of moments for it to download information. When it’s finished you will have you picture and sound back. Recheck to see if you are still experiencing the same problem.
